Ensure delete of custom attribute definition removes references

    Description

      Any reference within metadata sources and filters to custom attributes need to be removed when call to API ( DELETE api/custom/attribute/{name} ) is made.

       

      (enhancement to CustomAttributesServiceImpl.java delete method to handle cleanup)
