Description
Currently, the /entities endpoint returns a 404 when searching for a known entity id.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a metadata source with a simple name and entity id
2. Optionally complete or leave blank the rest of the form. save.
3. Attempt to hit the /entities endpoint, passing the entity id
Expected results:
The metadata source should be found and returned.
Actual results:
A 404 is produced due to a null being returned by the entity id search.
