Description
Attempting to delete a group that contains a user returns a 204 on the DELETE but the delete never actually happens. The UI displays a popup that says deleting was successful but the group wasn't actually deleted (which it shouldn't have been).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start up the app with the "dev" profile
2. Attempt to delete any of the user-group groups.
Expected result: A message should be displayed about the group not being empty / delete being disalowed.
Actual result: HTTP 204, delete appears successful, but isn't.
