Description
Groups should be able to exist without a regex value for validating URLs / Entity IDs. Currently, the group's regex field is be populated with a default value of
/(?!^()$)^(.*)$/

If an attempt is made to clear out this value and save the group with a blank regex, the save appears to be successful. However, when editing the group again, the original value is once again displayed.
