Restoring a DynamicHTTPMetadataResolver doesn't restore the regex match field

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as an admin
2. Begin creating a DynamicHTTPMetadataResolver
3. On the Common Attributes step of the wizard, for the Metadata Request URL Construction Type, choose "Regex" and complete the required fields. Save
4. Edit the provider (or enable it ) to cause a second version to be created.
5. Click in to the provider to view its summary and select Version History
6. Click Restore and again on the modal
7. The edit view is displayed

Expected result: The Match field should contain the regex from when the provider was defined
Actual result: The Match field is empty
