HTTP 406 when attempting to view XML for filter

When attempting to view the XML for a resolver+filter, a 406 is returned and the server logs:

org.springframework.web.HttpMediaTypeNotAcceptableException: Could not find acceptable representation

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a FBHMR
2. add an algorithm filter
3. view the saved resolver+filter
4. choose the XML output view
