Configuration set : Poor validation message for missing title

Scenario:

1. From the 'Create new configuration set' screen, click the 'Create Shibboleth configuration set' button.
2. Click the Save button.

Issue: The following validation message is displayed:

400 - could not execute statement; SQL [n/a]; constraint [null]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute statement
