Toggle display issue

Scenario:

1. From the 'Create new configuration set' screen, click the 'Create Shibboleth configuration set' button.
2. Populate the Name field.
3. Click on the 'Add properties' dropdown menu, select idp.storage.authenticated, and click the Add button. NOTE: The value shows false but the toggle switch is on the left side.
4. Click the Save button.
5. Click on the configuration set name. NOTE: The value still shows false but the toggle switch is on the right side now.
6. Click on the 'Add properties' dropdown menu, select idp.storage.nonBrowserSupported, and click the Add button. 

Issue: The toggle switch has two different displays. One for properties added and one for properties saved. See attached screenshot.
