Issues with Editing a Configuration Set

Scenario:

1. From the 'Create new configuration set' screen, click the 'Create Shibboleth configuration set' button.
2. Populate the Name field with Test.
3. Click on the 'Add properties' dropdown menu, select idp.storage.authenticated, and click the Add button. 
4. Click the Save button.
5. Click on the configuration set name. 
6. Click on the 'Add properties' dropdown menu, select idp.storage.nonBrowserSupported.

Issue 1: The Save button is still inactive after adding new properties.

1. Change the Name field to Test 1. NOTE: The Save button is activated.
2. Change the Name field back to Test.

Issue: The following message is displayed under the Name field:

Must be unique.
