Properties draw outside of the page content area

Depending on the properties selected and the width of the browser, the properties can draw outside of their bounding box, causing the UI to look odd. See the attached screenshot.

If it becomes difficult to reproduce, try running the SHIBUI-2270-2 automated test, which adds all of the properties to the list.
