Authentication Protocol field is editable when editing an OIDC Metadata Source

Scenario:

1. Create a Metadata Source using OIDC protocol
2. From the Dashboard screen, click on the title link for the Metadata Source created in step 1.
3. Click on the Edit link to the right of the SP/Organization Information heading.

Expected behavior: The Authentication Protocol field is frozen.

Actual behavior: The Authentication Protocol is active. I can edit and save it.
