Group's URL Validation Regex error message no longers displays

The "URL validation regular expression" defined in a Group used to cause an error message to be displayed when a metadata source was created with an entity ID that did not match the regex. This is no longer the case. However, the validation appears to still block the form from being advanced after the second step in the wizard.
