Add Group menu to the Dynamic Registration Configuration screen

    Description

      Scenario:

      1. Create a Dynamic Registration.
      2. Go to the Dynamic Registration Dashboard screen. NOTE: The Group menu is displayed.
      3. Click on the title of the Dynamic Registration created in step 1.

      Issue: The Group menu is missing. It should be added so it is consistent with the Metadata Source Configuration page.
