Delete and Enable Dynamic Registration buttons appearing for non-admin user

    Description

      Scenario:

      1. User C has ROLE_USER and belongs to Group ZZZ.
      2. Group XXX and YYY are approvers for Group ZZZ.
      3. Login as User C and create a dynamic registration.
      4. Go to the Dynamic Registration Dashboard and click on the title of the registration created in step 3.

      Issue: The Delete button and Enable buttons are displayed. Those buttons should be removed from the configuration screen like they were for metadata sources.
