Dynamic Registration edits cannot be saved unless Name is changed

Scenario;

1. Login as an admin.
2. Create a Dynamic Registration.
3. Navigate to the Dynamic Registration Dashboard.
4. Click on the title of the Dynamic Registration created in step 2.
5. Click on the Edit link.
6. Edit any field except for the Name field.

Expected behavior: The Save button is activated.
Actual behavior: The Save button is NOT activated.

NOTE: When I edit the Name field, the Save button is activated.
