Enabling a Dynamic Registration should also approve it

Scenario:

1. User D belongs to Group ZZZ.
2. Group ZZZ needs their Dynamic Registrations approved by Groups XXX or YYY.
3. Login as user D and create a Dynamic Registration.
4. Login as the admin.
5. Enable the Dynamic Registration created in step 3.

Expected behavior: The registration is approved and enabled.
Actual behavior: The registration is enabled but not approved. See attached screenshot.
