Additional Fields Requested

we have come to realize it would be useful to have a “comments” or “notes” field which doesn’t get published as part of the metadata for an SP.  We’d also appreciate an additional field (not part of the metadata) to help us keep track of where we obtained the metadata from — like in a file some place or the original URL we pulled it from.
