Filter - Entity ID Search
Description
The former 'Add new provider' button is changed to an 'Add New' dropdown with 2 selections:
- Filter*
- Metadata Provider (takes you to existing metadata provider setup process)
Currently the 'Filter' selection takes you to a page that is empty except for a text "Body". This functionality will be added at a later date.
