Defect: Search Results should contain Bold/Highlight for search match

Tested in QA-11 shib-idp.ui build - 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-01ad718

Description
When search result is returned, AC notes that matching values be marked in BOLD, but they are not currently.

Steps

1. Log into UI
2. Click to 'Add New' button and select '‘Filter'
3. Type 4 characters in the 'Search Entity ID' field

What occurs
Search returns are all in standard text. There is no indication of a search match.

What is expected
Search results should have bold (or highlighted) text for search matches.
