Provider Edit Flow: Error Misfire - Metadata Filter Plugins & Advanced Settings

Description

Steps

1. Log into UI
2. Click 'Add New' button and select 'Metadata Provider’
3. Move through the application and save the metadata provider
4. Click to edit the provider you just created
5. Access the Metadata Filter Plugins page, ensure all required fields are are complete
6. Move to a different tab then back to Metadata Filter Plugins (not behavior)
7. Move away again (note behavior)

What is occurring:

• Error at top of page: All forms must be valid before changes can be saved!
• Error Indicator on tab
• All required fields are complete

What is expected

• No error should display when required fields are complete
• Error should not switch back and forth unless the requirement changes
