UI IE-11: Add New menu displays incorrectly

Tested in version 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-6ca0465

Blocker as IE-11 cannot be used. No workaround.

 
Description
In IE-11 (Windows 8.1) (this does not occur in our other supported browser/os)
Dashboard opens and the 'Add new' button selections for 'Metadata Source' and 'Metadata Provider' are displayed to the right of it. User is not able to make a selection.
 
Steps
Log into UI toaccess the dashboard
 
What is occurring
User cannot select to add a metadata source or metadata provider.
 
What is expected
User should be able to click on the 'Add new' button and make a selection from either 'Metadata Source' or 'Metadata Provider'.
