No Client-Facing Error when Uploading invalid XML

Tested in version 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT-46526ab
Description
 
Steps # Log into UI

1. Click 'Add New' button and select ‘Metadata Source'
2. Select 'URL/Upload'
3. Enter valid name
4. Select the attached file for upload
5. Click Save button

 
What is occurring
Page is refreshed, no indication of an error.
 
What is expected
If a file is invalid to upload, there should be a client-facing error to notify the user.
