Page 4. SP SSO Descriptor page missing items

Description
No data fields/selections appear on page 4 of the Create a Metadata Source page
 
Steps # Log into UI

1. Click 'Add New' button and select ‘Metadata Source'
2. Move through the application to the 4 SP SSO Descriptor Info page**

What is occurring

• No fields/items are on the page. it is blank except for navigation buttons
• User is unable to save a partially completed source
