Cannot Save Script Filter with selected Name ID Format/Auth Method selected

Description
User is able to save a script without engaging the 'NameID Format to Send' and 'Authentication Methods to Use' fields, but not if they select from them.
 
Steps Prerequisite: Create a Metadata Provider # Log into UI

1. Select Metadata Providers tab from Dashboard
2. Click 'Manage Filters'
3. Click 'Add Filter'
4. Since a recent change, this is a new step: Select Filter Type of 'EntityAttributes' or 'NameIDFilter'
5. Create a script filter using valid information
6. Add one of each of the 4 'Name ID Format to Send' and one of each of the 3 'Authentication Methods to Use' fields
7. THEN add a blank field for Name ID Format to Send and a blank field for Authentication Methods to Use
8. Click Save button

What is occurring
Filter does not save, no client-side error is given.
 
What is expected
Save should be successful.
