Resending an Invite (via Petition) Does Not Pick Up Address Changes

    Description

      If an address is changed for an Org Identity with an enrollment in process, resending an invitation will not pick up the address change. ie: If an address is incorrectly entered, there is no (easy) way to change it. Note this also relates to petitions not being editable after creation.
