CO Person save takes too long for deployments with many COUs

Whenever we create/update a CO Person we trigger a recalculation of the person's group memberships by iterating over all COUs. For deployment with more than 3000 COUs this leads to timeouts and execution times up to 1 minute. We should only focus on the person's COU memberships an not all the available ones.
