UnixCluster plugin does not use Primary Name for GECOS

An authenticated user used a self-signup enrollment flow with EnvSource to enroll. The upstream IdP only asserted display name and no given name or family name, so the Name object attached to the Organizational Identity has a given name equal to $REMOTE_USER and a family name of "Unknownname".

A Pipeline attached to the EnvSource OIS copied that Name object to the CO Person record.

That Name object, however, was not Primary.

Regardless, the UnixCluster plugin as part of the enrollment flow created a UnixCluster object where the GECOS value was taken from the Name object with "Unknownname".
