EnvSource incorrectly handling name attributes

Given Name and Family Name are both  NOT required attributes for EnvSource. But if one is asserted and not the other, it results in an error.

The assertion of a Display Name attribute may or may not be a factor in these errors, it's unclear. Display Name is not used in the EnvSource plugin, but all the detected errors happen when this attribute is present in the payload.

EnvSource needs to successfully handle every possible combination  (and absence) of name attribute assertions including these attributes: Given Name, Family Name, Display Name.
