    Description

      co_groups/select and co_group_members/update should be able to imply their CO ID from the co group or co person (respectively) embedded in their form. This might need to be done by a Controller specific version of calculateImpliedCoId.

      Once done, remove the special case code from Controller/AppController::parseCOID().
