Description
While testing login from the idp with users with various roles, it was noticed that admins were not seeing users on the admin tab of the dashboard. Many calls were returning 400s with "access denied" messages even though the user making the calls was supposedly an admin. This needs to be investigated such that users coming over from the idp have the proper roles and groups.
