Description
- Group Admin pages need to have the abilitiy to add/edit a set of approvers to a group (see comments for json changes)
- Dashboard: the list of EntityDescriptors now includes a boolean value in the fields: approved. The enable toggle should only be shown (with current logic) AND if the ED is approved=true. ADMIN users always get the enabled toggle
