Users in groups that approve other groups can approve their own metadata sources

Scenario:

1. User A has the role: ROLE_ENABLED.

2. User A belongs to group XXX.

3. Group XXX are approvers for group ZZZ metadata sources.

4. Login as User A.

5. Create a metadata source titled 'User B Metadata Source'.

NOTE 1: On the Metadata Sources Dashboard, 'User B Metadata Source' shows 'Not Approved' and Disabled:

NOTE 2: The 'User B Metadata Source' does not appear on the 'Action Required' Dashboard:

6. From the Metadata Sources Dashboard, click on the 'User B Metadata Source' link.

NOTE 3: The Unapprove button appears on the Metadata Source Configuration screen:

7. Click on the Unapprove button. NOTE: Clicking the Enable button has a similar affect. It approves the metadata resource and also enables it at the same time.

8. Click on the Dashboard link.

Issue: The metadata source 'User B Metadata Source' has been approved.
