Users with ROLE_ENABLED permission belonging to an approver group can enable their own metadata resource

Scenario:

1. User A has the role: ROLE_ENABLED.

2. User A belongs to group XXX.

3. Groups XXX is an approver for group ZZZ metadata sources.

4. Login as User A and create a metadata source.

5. From the Metadata Source Dashboard, click on the metadata source created in step 4.

NOTE: The Enable button is displayed.

6. Click on the Enable button.

NOTE: A message appears: Metadata source has been enabled.
 
7. Click on the Dashboard link.
 
Issue: The metadata source is now approved and enabled.
